This will vary according to outreach destination. First, you need to know how much it will cost to get to your outreach location (Air, bus, train…). See Travel FAQ. Then at the location, you need to plan on US$25-30/pers./day if you’re in Hong Kong as a visiting international team, and US$20-25/pers./day if you’re in China regardless of what your destination. These budgets should cover cost of accommodation, food, and local transportation. The details of this will be confirmed during the second step of registration. Note that some outreach hosts will quote a complete package whereby all costs including transportation to and from outreach location are one price per person.

Yes, the camp fees include 3 meals a day and your accommodation. The meal service will begin with the evening meal on July 11th through breakfast on the 16th. Food provided will be a combination of western and Chinese. Snacks and drinks may be purchased between meals at local snack stands.
