This happens between two teams participating in the Gateway Camp matched to do an outreach together.

There are two scenarios possible:
- A foreign team joins a HK team in their church outreach in HK. In this case, the HK-based team becomes the Host of the foreign team.
- A foreign team partners a Hong Kong to do an outreach in Mainland China. If the HK have their own contacts there, they therefore act as Hosts. Same scenario if the contacts are made by the foreign team. If the Outreach contacts are made through Gateway Services Asia, the foreign team and the HK will form 1 team during the Gateway Camp and will go together on their outreach to China.
