Yes. There will be a $50 HKD per person each way transportation charge for transportation provided to/from the camp for international teams. Local HK teams will need to arrange their own transportation to the camp at LingNan University, Tuen Mun. Departure from the camp to outreach ports of departure i.e. ferries, Shenzhen Airport, Hong Kong Airport, train stations may be included in outreach fees. If not, one can look at Travel FAQ.
